The PS Vita will not be receiving a port of Minecraft: Pocket Edition, instead it will be receiving the full fledged title, more details inside……….
Many were worried that Minecraft on PS Vita will simply be a port of the smartphone version Jens "Jeb" Bergernsten revealed it will be the full console version:
"Short answer is that the Vita will use the code base for consoles, and not from Pocket Edition."This is great news as the PS Vita will be the first portable console to have a full version of Minecraft.
