Nihilistic's Call of Duty: Black Ops Declassified for PS Vita is officially 9th on the list of lowest rated Metacritic games of 2012. That makes it the lowest rated PS Vita game of 2012 with a rating of 33/100

Personally though there was no real innovation or any real risks taken the game does not deserve to be named one of the worst games of 2012.  But thats just my opinion.
