Turns out Treyarch have had no involvement in the development in Call of Duty: Black Ops Declassified, more details inside........
Speaking to CVG John Rafacz, a communications manager at Treyarch revealed that:
"we have not been involved with the Vita version"This is disappointing as Treyarch have not even been consulted regarding the game, so the games story and multiplayer could be far worse than the status quo.

we lost all hope. not in the cod part, but in the fact that its one less "well known" tittle coming out on the vita that will do more harm than good for the vita,,,

Do you all rememeber the yearly Nintendo DS tie-in with the big-name titles? They were given names like 'Modern Warfare: Mobilized', and they were not overseen by first-party studios either. People enjoyed them not for their content or hype campaign (which were terrible and non-existant repectively), but because they were CoD on the go. You want to get angry at a poorly-executed tie-in? There's a worthy target.
At least they're trying to do the right thing here, misguided though they may be. I for one am going to rely on hands-on experience and user-reviews to rate this game, because all the big-name review sites have written it off as DOA... and we all swallowed.

Lady I don't know what planet your from but here on Earth COD is one of The most well known games weither you hate it or love it. This game is just not what the COD fans were hoping for.

thte graphics litterly looks like ds lite graphics, if you've ever played cod on ds, this looks exactly like it, the 3ds games all look better than this piece of crap (I own both and like them both equally)

No... It doesn't. Have you ever palyed the DS variants? They were horrible, muddy-looking exercizes in frustration based off the Goldeneye engine. What you've seen of the vita build so far is said to be a beta engine. It's got some nice shaders, a decent framerate and even some particle effects.
Will it suck? Maybe. But you do it a disservice by calling it a DS game.

Here is a lesson for all big game developers. Never give away the rights of a successfull game too another company!! Its better too do it yourself then let someone else destroy your earned name and status. Specially in these days of bad economy!

I'll probably pick this one up but not as a pre order. What worries me is the lack of news and gameplay... all we've seen so far is one trailer and some sparse screenshots ... maybe more news will come out in October
