Game Arts has announced a brand new Free To Play PS Vita game, more details inside.........
GungHo Online Entertainment and Game Arts are continuing its strong PlayStation Vita support with Picotto Knights, a new free-to-play title to be distributed by NHN Japan.
Picotto Knights is a side-scrolling hack n’ slash action RPG featuring over 400 characters, some of which are stylized cameos from other games. It will feature up to four-player online co-op play, as well as offline co-op support using your friends’ characters (controlled through AI, I’m assuming.) The game will feature character growth elements and see updates on a regular basis. It will offer eight weapon types: blade, spear, axe, hammer, claw, chakram, rod, and bow gun.

Free to Play games are awesome. Most of these style games have micro transactions, deviating what their description implies. But still the core of the game is completely free and most of them I find gratifying. I think alot of people, like me, will find these games perfect to fill the time in between game sessions or don't feel like a serious game.

Game Arts does not equal Sony, dumb shit.
Telling Sony to fuck off doesn't matter because Game Arts is a separate game developer and Sony doesn't control what they decide to work on as a project.

Agree with you slightly, 3ds is mainly for these type of games, and vita should be for ? better games? But... there trying to reach out to different markets to get more customers, it seems to be the way sonys going unfortunately. Hope it works out well for them though.
