Hideo Kojima recently tweeted a picture of a new title being developed using "Fox Engine" And the image greatly points towards Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker 2......
Kojima has been known to tease gamers, and he has not failed this time. He tweeted "New title" run by "Fox Engine" along with the picture above.
At a recent press conference Kojima confirmed that "Fox Engine" is fully compatible with Playstation Vita. Looking carefully at the image above, you will notice that the floor texture is slightly blurry and the tanks wheels are low poly. PS3 is already able to outperform this. So the only reasonable explanation is that this game is running on Playstation Vita.
Looking at the character on the left, you will notice that he greatly resembles Naked Snake in Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker (PSP). Notice the crouching position, typical MGS right? finally observe the dark green camo pattern on his clothes. Snake right?
Remember to take this with a grain of salt but an exclusive Metal Gear Solid game is coming to the Playstation Vita, and its most likely MGS: Peace Walker 2 PS Vita.

Hoepfully you are right and this time.... WE HAVE 2 THUMBSTICKS. Will make a huge differense.
What those tires awesome looking XD The only bad looking thing is the ground texture but that an be fixed. I'm think its a PS3 title, MGS5. Set before MGS 3.
MGS4 looks miles better than this if you look carefully, and the tires have a few less pentagons, see how they are not a full circle but instead a circle with a few edges
defo a PS Vita game, but might not be peace walker or even MGS
Your right the PS3 can already do better graphics, this must be a vita game..
Snake has that brownish type hair just like the character above, defo a MGS game.

Though I like MGS, peace walker 2 just seems dragged on, thers just too much mgs in the news lately Rising, HD Collection, MGS 3D etc.....peace walker 2 should release 2013

could still be early images of a PS3 game, doesnt have to be vita
I think 2012, look how far in development the game looks, full character model, good lighting etc....cant be that far away!
