Check out this video which shows how Twitter will work on the PS Vita. Also there is a HUGE FAIL in the video, lets see if you can spot it!!!......
The App seems identical to its smartphone counterparts, the only differences I can spot are the fact that its generally 'bigger' and runs much faster. However keep in mind that the loading was slow because of the 3G not because the Vita cannot handle the App.
