Capcom, The creators of gigantic franchises such as Resident Evil, and Street Fighter, have recently shown even more interest for the PS Vita. David Reeves has made a statement which confirms this.
There will be one launch title for Vita. I am not actually sure if it’s been mentioned, so I am not going to, but there will be a launch title for the platform. And then we will do Street Fighter vs Tekken, and at least two others. I am sure you can guess what one of them has to be, considering the success in Japan.
What this statement basically means is that there will be a Capcom launch title for the PS Vita, However it will not be the highly anticipated Street Fighter X Tekken Crossover. But he mentions that the launch title was very successful in Japan, from this we can narrow some of the potential games down; Resident Evil The Mercenaries?, Marvel VS Capcom?, Devil May Cry?
