Just announced at the Sony Press Conference in Japan last night. Check it out!

Here is a video detailing the PS Vita TV. You can hook it up to your set, watch a variety of programs, and even play most Vita titles that don't require touchscreen while using your Dualshock 3.

What is the reason behind this? Will it be more useful with your PS4? Will it discourage developers from making touch screen games?
