Levels look bland. I see some platforms here and there but that's it. some levels are absolutely flat with no characteristics (the dojo, the city). The fighting is frantic and lacks flow.Won't measure up anywhere close to Smash Bros. Too bad.
Looks good, hope they add more characters though.
what are you going on about, it's not even filmed in hd, so you cant say it looks bland until you see it in person, stick smash bro's up your ass. game play frantic and no flow, your an idiot.
Take a look again at my qualifying comment before you make yourself look any more brash and unintelligent. I said nothing about the graphics, but the LEVEL DESIGN. Read accurately before you comment. The levels are uninspiring, and the gameplay has a frantic MK or Street Fighter appeal. The thing that made Smash Bros so appealing was its level design that lead to strategic position and item use. You don't see this anywhere in the gameplay.
Woah woah woah woah woah, Smash Bros. Is going no such place, amigo. It's just like you Playstation fanboys to get all riled up and feel like you have to defend every PS game. Saying it wont measure up to Smash is just his opinion, the rest is straight up fact, dawg. It's a god damn game, cry about it.
hate smash bros,, hate playstation all stars, hate any game thats like these, but my gf's making me get it :( small price to p;ay to make one happy.... better make her happy!
I got into the limited beta (ps3) and yes, the action is fast and furious. The more I play it, the more I like it. I had some trouble following my character on a 46" HDTV so not sure how the Vita version will be. However sInce it's part of the "buy ps3 version, get Vita version free" you really can't lose if you own both systems. Looking forward to this one.
Street Fighter and MK are more frantic?
I see what john meens, about the level design. it seems all fighting is concentrated to the main level floor. very little options on where you can flee to. I personally didnt like that you cant go of the sides of the screen when your hit to the sides. its like theres an invisible barrier that doesnt let you go off screen. but other than that it looks fun, and i bet irs online has to be better than smash bros for sure
Can't say the online wasn't a button-mashing fest. Not my idea of a fun fighting game.
im not too big on these types of games...
the game looks sick and so is the level design my only complain is tht kratos looks way op
In what way is a flat plane considered sick level design? Please tell me, as I'd love to hear your asinine explanation.
so i geuss your a nintendo fanboy, defending smash bros. go play your little wii, and sop posting an o sony website LOL
There's only like three levels in the video, I think there could be some mad levels in the final product
