Yes, they are using SpreadShirt which lets you make a website to sell custom shirts free!
I think he was more so asking about using images that are not their own while making a profit. I would say this breaks copy right without a doubt unless they have permission from the developers.

You can change the colour to black, just click on the shirt and then the colour option.

ill check it on my pc then, I mostly use my phone to check stuff and I only saw 4 colors, non of which where black or white.

Wow Snake! This is the first time I've not since a new post from you for more than a couple of days in a while. Which means either 1. nothing news worthy is happening in Vita world, 2. you are on vacation (aka taking a break), or 3. really trying to push these sweet T's. Anyways.... I love ur site; I hope all is well; and I will be back periodically to see whether they released any new screenshots of the upcoming titles or any other new vita goodness.

god of war is a sony exclusive title but even the vita sucks due to the lack of god of war game...

To all of my PS Vita loving Brothers and Sisters I've taken our main gripe's to the PSN Vita Support and Vita Forums! Below is the message I posted repeatedly, and I encourage you that are able to paste and do the same and add to it or edit it as you so choose. But lets let Sony know we aren't happy with what's going on with the Vita! Here's the message:
Improvements needed for PS Vita!
Hi everyone I'm not trying to cause any drama. I just want to
let Sony know what me and others feel is wrong with the PS Vita and,
what we want out of it! Otherwise I and believe me others are going to
leave PS as a brand alone! I have a Sony Xperia Play as do others and
feel let down by your lack of support of it aswell! We want better than
what we are getting Sony and if we get the things that make us happy you
will gain a lot more customers!
1. FlashPlayer. To
launch the Vita without it was crazy with the SmartPhone market as a
major rival, and the browser needs this sorely! The YouTube app doesn't
make up for the lack of this at all! I mean there's more to the web than
just YouTube.
2. PS2 and PS3 games. I and others like me
didn't pay 250 or better to play just PSP and PS1 games! We want the
good stuff Sony and deserve it since none of your big studios seem to
take the Vita seriously!
3. Your big Studios need to start making the Vita's games. This is without question!
4.
The Memory cards are too expensive! the thing that has kept me and
others from buying more games is, the price of the memory cards.
5. Playstion+ support for the Vita to not do this is foolish!
If Sony address the above issues they won't be able to keeep Vita's stocked on shelves they'll be selling so fast!

But now its confirmed that there will b no game for vita for next one year...fuck u sony..shit..really made a bad very very bad game lineup...am not a sony hater,but i live vita more thats y am getting anger,whenever i say vita is a gr8 gaming device in facebook..the haters simply close ma mouth by saying "WHAT GOOD GAME DOES IT HAS,ATLEAST 5???"and no more good upcoming games...they didnt even announce now,if they announce it in july or august it wld take atleast 1yr to release and inbetween time vita usera must use vita as a paper weight.
again i wld say its cinfirmed that there will b no good games for vita untill 1year except 3or4 games.

If you got time could you suggest a good Vita theme site? I'm a little sceptical that i may download a virus or some sorta of malware. So i have refrained from doing so.
i agree this site seems to have become as dry as the Vita line up...i think ill give my Vita 1 more month...the ill buy a 3ds xl...at least theres loads of games and screen will be as big as Vitas...who cares about the 2 analogue sticks? not me

GTA was a rumor and incorrectly posted on wiki. Capcom is releasing Street Fighter X Tekken. I am not sure about Soul Sacrifice's offical release but i'm sure it is this year. ACL and Most Wanted is supposed to be released on October 30. Madden and Ragnarok Odyssey are scheduled for an August release. Many people and websites agree that the Vita has one of the biggest luanch window line-ups in US history. And people still find a way to complain. I admit, there certainly isn't a plethora of high quality games but many of the games out are most certainly worthy of being played. And remember, the Vita isn't even 5 months old in the States. I have 7 games, love 6 of them, and want to get Gravity Rush or MGS. I bought the 1st edition bundle 2/15/12, and though I've suffered a couple disappointments, I've never regretted my purchase a single day.
Delay my last. I looked into it and there are no Vita theme sites. Although the sites' claim to be; one site was a dead link, another had a theme category with nothing in it, and the others just have wallpaper. I guess we'll have to wait awhile longer for someone to figure it out and deliver the goods.

Hey guys! So I'm looking for a new Vita game. I have Burning Skies, Uncharted, and Wipeout. Also Super Stardust Delta. I'm going to get Gravity Rush and Mortal Kombat 100%. But the big thing is between Rayman Origins and Dungeon Hunter Alliance. My moms boyfriend has DHA so I could play with him. And enjoy RPGs considering Ragnarok wont be out for a few more months. But I also enjoyed the Demo of Rayman Origins. Which of those would you guys choose and why? (:
Rayman is awesome, but if you're looking for a multiplayer game, and you have someone already willing and able with DHA, get that!
Y dont they make god of war for vita???they make god of war ascension for ps3 then dont they make for ps vita even knowing its slow sale???
The Amazing Spiderman has released almost for every platform they later even announced for PC,even smartphones have The Amazing Spiderman game with open world but the only device missed is PS VITA.
